For Businesses

Low Voltage Cabling, Cameras & Network Installation

Structured cabling, security cameras, access control, AV, intercom and network installation for Tampa Bay businesses. We install most of this ourselves, and bring in trusted partners for specialty work on larger projects.

Serving businesses across Tampa Bay

What We Install

Structured Cabling to Full Building Systems

Security Cameras

Analog, IP, and TVI/SDI/CDI+ camera systems, designed and installed for your property.

Access Control & Intercom

Card readers, keypads and door access control, plus intercom and buzzer systems for offices and multi-tenant buildings.

AV Systems

Conference room and building audio/visual installation, wired into the rest of your network.

Wi-Fi & Network Installation

A new access point fed by a proper low-voltage run to eliminate a dead zone, not just a stronger router.

Rack Cleanup & Organization

Untangling and re-terminating a messy rack or cable run so it's documented and troubleshoots fast.

Moves, Adds & Upgrades

Relocating, expanding or upgrading existing cabling and equipment as your space or team changes.

Cable Locates & Repairs

Tracing and troubleshooting existing runs before a remodel, or repairing damaged cabling in place.

Installed In-House, With Trusted Partners When It Counts

We install most of this ourselves: structured cabling, cameras, access control, AV, intercom and network installation are all things our own team handles day to day. For specialty work or larger, multi-team projects, we bring in trusted outside professionals so a big install doesn't bottleneck on our own schedule. Either way, Bay Geeks is the single point of contact from site survey through to a finished, tested system.

Cable that's run to standard (properly supported with J-hooks or bridle rings, not resting on ceiling tiles or crushed under conduit clips) lasts longer and troubleshoots faster years later. That's the standard we hold every install to, whether it's a single new access point or a full building system.

Common Calls

  • New office build-out or move: cabling, cameras and access control from the ground up
  • Adding or upgrading a camera system: analog, IP, or converting an older TVI/SDI/CDI system
  • Wi-Fi dead zones fixed with a new low-voltage run to an access point, not just a bigger router
  • Cleaning up a messy, undocumented rack or cable run inherited from a previous install
  • Locating an existing cable run before a wall opens up or a remodel starts
  • Adding a door access control or intercom system to an existing building

How Pricing Works

Low-voltage and installation work is quoted per project, not billed hourly like a repair call. Call to schedule a site survey; we'll assess your space and put together a proposal before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
