Our Story

About Bay Geeks

Founded in 2004 out of pure necessity to help friends and family struggling with their computers, still built on the same client-focused model today.

Same-day appointments usually available

Bay Geeks was founded in 2004 after years of informally helping friends and neighbors with their technical problems made one thing clear: the community needed a repair shop that combined expert technicians with a genuinely client-focused experience. That same model still applies today, just at a larger scale — serving residents and businesses across the country.

Our Mission

To provide the latest technology solutions with personal, friendly and old-fashioned service.

Our Pledge

Regardless of your level of experience, the Bay Geeks team will give you honest, simple answers, competitive pricing and innovative solutions — whether you're a home user, a small business, or a large commercial account.

A Note From the Owner

I started Bay Geeks in 2004. After serving in the U.S. Navy's Advanced Electronic and Computer program as an Electronic Technician, I built this company around the customer experience — not just the technical fix.

That same discipline — methodical, mission-focused, no shortcuts — shapes how we handle every repair, deployment and security incident today. It is also why we are selective about hiring: two decades of building relationships in this community taught me that having the right people is what turns customers into long-lasting clients.
