1. We Write The Knowledge Base
From your website and a short call: what you do, where, what it costs, your hours and your policies. You read it, change it and approve it. The assistant answers only from what you approved.
Try It In The Corner
It answers your visitors' questions about your business, day or night, from information you approve, and lets you know when someone wants a person. It's running on this page right now: open the chat in the corner and ask it anything about Bay Geeks.
For small businesses anywhere in the U.S.
Why It Matters
People look up a business at 10 at night, between appointments, or on a phone in a parking lot. If the answer to "do you do this?" or "how much is it?" isn't easy to find, many of them move on to the next name on the list and never tell you they were there.
The assistant gives those visitors a straight answer in your words, points them to the right page, and tells you when someone wants to talk to a person. You read and approve the knowledge base it answers from before it goes live.
What It Does
Start To Finish
From your website and a short call: what you do, where, what it costs, your hours and your policies. You read it, change it and approve it. The assistant answers only from what you approved.
It goes on with two short lines of code. If we host your site, we add them. If someone else does, we send your web person the two lines to paste in.
Around the clock, in plain language, with links to the right pages. When a question needs you, it says so and points the visitor to your phone, email or contact form.
When a visitor asks for a person, you get an email, so you can call them back or reply while they're still interested.
Prices changed, new service, holiday hours? Tell us and we update the knowledge base within 2 business days. If we find it giving a wrong answer, we fix it promptly.
Ask us to switch it off at any time. Your knowledge base and your conversation transcripts are yours, and we export them whenever you ask.
Straightforward & Upfront
One setup fee and a flat monthly fee. No per-conversation charges and no long-term contract.
Your knowledge base, on your site, answering visitors.

On our own site, the assistant books straight into our calendar. Booking on clients' sites isn't available yet. Until it is, the assistant sends visitors to your online booking page, and we'll tell you when booking is ready.
Ask a QuestionBefore people reach your site, many ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity who to call. Our free AI Answer Snapshot shows you what those assistants say about your field, and which businesses they name.

Get All Three Call 727-579-4335How usage counts. A call's minutes run from when the assistant answers until the call ends or is transferred, rounded up to the next whole minute. Every text the assistant receives or sends counts as one, and a long text counts the way your carrier counts it. Unused minutes and texts don't carry over. Carriers require businesses to register before texting from a local number: we handle that during setup, and texting starts once the carriers approve. Sales calls count toward the Suppressor's 300 minutes, not Voice's 500. You can ask us to switch Voice off for the rest of a month at any time, and calls and texts after we confirm aren't charged. Voice, the Suppressor and the Sales Intel Engine are billed monthly with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee, and the Voice setup fee follows the same refund terms as the chat assistant's. The Suppressor's free months end with a reminder email at least 7 days before the first charge, and cancelling before then costs nothing. They're sold under Exhibit C, Section C9A, of our Commercial Master Service Agreement, which you accept at checkout. Each needs the one before it. Buy Voice & Text together with the Suppressor (and the Engine) with the buttons above or on the Suppressor page, with the add-ons free for 3 months; if you already have Voice & Text, we send the add-on links. How the assistants work, their instructions, question sets and methods, stays ours: you get to use them for your business while you subscribe, not to copy them or have them rebuilt (Section C10(f)).
The agreement, in plain words. The AI Chat Assistant is sold to businesses under our Commercial Master Service Agreement, including its Exhibit C, which you accept at checkout. The setup fee is paid at checkout: cancel before we start for a full refund; after we start, you pay only for the work performed, up to the price, and we refund the rest within 15 days. The monthly fee is billed in advance with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel any time by email to support@baygeeks.com, by opening a ticket, or from the billing portal, and it runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
Straight Talk
An assistant that sounds sure of itself and is wrong does more harm than no assistant at all. So it's kept to a narrow job, and it's in the agreement.
Tested On Ourselves
The assistant in the corner of this page is the same software, answering our own customers' questions about computer repair, maintenance plans and business IT. Ask it something hard. That's the best way to see what yours would be like.
Straight Answers
It's instructed to answer only from the knowledge base you approved and to send anything else back to you. AI can still give an answer that's incomplete or wrong, so we don't promise every answer will be perfect. When we learn it's giving a wrong answer, we correct the knowledge base or its instructions promptly, and you can ask us to switch it off at any time.
It goes on with two short lines of code, so it works on most sites where you or your web person can add code to the pages. If we host your site, we install it. If we're not sure about your setup, we'll check before you buy.
On our own site it books straight into our calendar. Booking on clients' sites isn't available yet. Until it is, it sends visitors to your online booking page.
Yes, with Voice & Text: $1,500 setup plus $150 a month, and it includes this chat assistant, so there's no separate chat fee. We give your assistant a local phone number, and you forward your line to it, for every call or only the ones you miss. Customers can text that number too. It answers from the same knowledge base you approved for the chat, tells callers it's an automated assistant and that the call is transcribed, and lets you know when someone wants a person. 500 minutes of calls and 500 texts a month are included; beyond that it's $0.25 a minute and $0.05 a text on next month's bill. Texting starts once the phone carriers approve your business registration, which we handle during setup.
Available only to Voice clients, and engineered to make salespeople stop calling you. When a caller is clearly pitching something, the assistant lets them make the pitch, then tells them plainly that you don't buy from cold calls, nobody will call them back, and asks them to take your number off their list. A company that calls again gets that answer right away. Political calls get one polite, neutral no and the same request. Anyone who says they aren't selling gets normal help, like any other caller. There's no setup fee, and the first 3 months are free when you add it to Voice. After that it's $99 a month, with 300 minutes of sales calls included and $0.25 a minute beyond, and we email you a reminder at least 7 days before the first charge. Bundled with Voice & Text it's $1,500 setup and $150 a month, then $249 a month for both after 3 months. Suppressor clients can add the Sales Intel Engine, also free for 3 months and then $199 a month, to get a weekly analysis of who called, which loops back into the Suppressor so its strategy and tactics keep improving.
You and us, plus the companies whose platforms run the assistant, which our agreement lists. The assistant keeps a record of each conversation so it can be reviewed. The transcripts belong to you, we keep them for at least 12 months, and we export them whenever you ask. Your website's privacy notice should tell visitors that chats are recorded; we tell you in writing what the assistant collects, so you can describe it accurately.
For questions about the practice itself, like hours, location, services and how to make an appointment, yes. We write its knowledge base about your practice, not about the law or medicine, and when a visitor asks something it can't answer from it, it says so and points them to your office. It isn't set up to collect health records or other sensitive information.
The monthly fee has no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel any time by emailing support@baygeeks.com, by opening a ticket, or from the billing portal, and it runs to the end of the month you've paid for. When it ends, we remove it from your site, or tell your web person how, and send you the knowledge base and transcripts.
The AI Chat Assistant is sold to businesses under the Bay Geeks Commercial Master Service Agreement and its Exhibit C, accepted at checkout. The $499 setup fee is paid in full at checkout and refunded in full if cancelled before work starts; after work starts, the client pays for the work performed, up to the price, and the rest is refunded within 15 days. The $79 monthly fee is billed monthly in advance, with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee; service runs to the end of the month already paid for. The assistant answers from a knowledge base the client approves and identifies itself as an AI assistant; AI answers can be incomplete or wrong, and Bay Geeks does not guarantee the accuracy of every answer. Appointment booking is not yet available on client sites. Voice & Text ($1,500 setup and $150 a month, including the AI Chat Assistant, 500 minutes of calls and 500 text messages; texting starts when carriers approve the business's registration), the Salespeople Suppressor ($99 a month with no setup fee, the first three months free when added to an active Voice Assistant, once per client, including 300 minutes of sales calls) and the Sales Intel Engine ($199 a month, the first three months free); bought together with Voice, the add-ons are billed on the same invoice at $150 a month for three months, then $249 or $448 a month are sold under Exhibit C, Section C9A; minutes beyond those included are charged at $0.25 each, rounded up per call, and text messages beyond those included at $0.05 each, billed with the next monthly fee. Voice tells callers that it is an automated assistant and that calls are transcribed; Bay Geeks does not keep audio recordings. The Salespeople Suppressor does not guarantee that sales calls will stop. The assistants' instructions, prompts, question sets and methods remain Bay Geeks' property and confidential information under Exhibit C, Section C10(f).
