We provide on-site IT support throughout the Tampa Bay area, including St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater, Largo, Dunedin, Pinellas Park, Seminole, Gulfport, Safety Harbor, Palm Harbor, Oldsmar and Brandon. Remote support is available anywhere with an internet connection.
Do you offer remote computer support outside of Florida?
Yes — as long as your device can connect to the internet, our technicians can remotely diagnose and repair most software issues, wherever you're located.
How much does IT support cost?
Residential service is $125/hour and commercial service is $175/hour, on-site or remote. On-site visits carry a one-hour minimum; remote support is billed in 15-minute increments. Pickup & return for specific hardware issues typically starts at a $200 flat rate, and many jobs can be quoted flat-rate instead of hourly.
How much does a computer maintenance plan cost?
Our Basic Maintenance Plan starts at $55 per month per computer with a one-year commitment, and includes Bay Geeks EDR (our next-gen antivirus protection), patching and proactive hardware monitoring. See current plan pricing and subscribe online.
Can you remove a virus without reinstalling my operating system?
