Residential service is $125/hour and commercial service is $175/hour, on-site or remote. On-site visits carry a one-hour minimum; remote support is billed in 15-minute increments. Pickup & return for specific hardware issues typically starts at a $200 flat rate for residential clients and $300 for commercial clients, and many jobs can be quoted flat-rate instead of hourly.
