Same-day appointments usually available
Think of routine computer maintenance the way you think about an oil change: skip it long enough and the whole machine suffers. Both plans monitor and maintain your computer, run daily security scans, install missing patches, and reduce the odds of a mid-task crash costing you family photos or schoolwork.

$85/mo per computer
All of Automated, plus a technician on demand.

Mobile Device Management Included on Premium
Premium now covers phones and tablets, not just computers. We can enforce a passcode, confirm screen lock and storage encryption are turned on, remotely lock or wipe a lost or stolen device, and catch missing security patches, across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. Premium includes 1 phone or tablet; add more household devices for $12/mo each.
Unlimited Cloud Backup Included on Every Plan
Unlimited Cloud Backup is included at no extra charge on both Automated and Premium: no per-PC add-on fee, no separate signup. Want an on-site copy too? We can set up a local backup alongside it.
Passkey Support Included
Microsoft is retiring SMS/voice sign-in codes for Microsoft 365 in phases starting September 2026, requiring passkeys instead. As part of your Bay Geeks maintenance plan, we can help set up and test passkeys on your household's devices before the switch.
