After serving in the US Navy as an Electronic Technician, I studied at SPC and UF for a number of years taking the classes I was interested in rather than perusing some standardized degree path. Although I finally completed my first degree with more credit hours needed for my masters... I'm constantly reading, studying and learning more every day.
I started Bay Geeks in 2004 to help folks with their technological headaches and we've been growing ever since. We're currently a hybrid model with break/fix and MSP offerings as well as many other services that compliment our core competencies while adding value for our clients.
My goal is to provide better service than people are used to. I'd like for every client to be amazed at how far we'll go to make their lives easier and keep their technological investments running smoothly and below budget.
These goals have been easier and easier to achieve with many of the resources other successful MSP's have recommended. We're following in the footsteps of many other similar successful businesses.
