What hours do you operate?
Standard service hours are Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM – 6 PM. In most cases service can be scheduled same day. Additional charges may apply for Immediate Response services or service outside of standard service hours.
Do you guarantee your service?
We guarantee all of our at-home services for 14 days. This guarantee is limited to Hardware, Software, and Network services. If you have a problem within 14 days of the original service we will help remedy the problem for you at no extra charge.
What forms of payment do you take?
We currently and gladly accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard. Through Paypal or Google Checkout we can accept American Express and Discover too.
What if I don’t know what’s wrong with my PC. Should I call?
YES! We can help pin point the cause by asking you questions about the symptoms and then recommending the service that you may require.
