Because of increasing demands from our client bases, we are seeking technically savvy computer types from many backgrounds.

Technical candidates will be dispatched as needed to clients locations, primarily in and around the Tampa Bay Area, to address concerns and resolve issues. Many problems that occur in the field can be difficult to diagnose and repair, so it is essential that our candidates posses strong troubleshooting skills and an extensive background in customer service and Operating Systems. Candidates will also be responsible for documenting all steps in troubleshooting process, talking to clients, uncovering other needs and servicing a wide variety of systems.
