Bay Geeks seeks individuals who have what it takes to handle most situations in the field. We have a couple of large customers we service regularly, and we are reentering the home user market. Because of increasing demands from home users, we are seeking technically savvy computer geeks.

Do you have computers all over your house? Did you just compile the latest kernel for your BSD box? Do you have a low Slashdot user number? Did you just get that Commodore-64 to run Apache?

We need to talk!

Candidates will be dispatched to customer locations, primarily home users, to address concerns and repair problems. Many problems that occur in the field can be difficult to diagnose and repair, so it is essential that strong troubleshooting skills and an extensive background in customer service and Operating Systems. Candidates will also be responsible for working in the field, talking to customers and servicing systems.

Candidates should be proficient with DOS, Linux, all flavors of Windows and Windows Server. Software troubleshooting skills, hardware skills, and clean appearance are essential. Give Alden Stenberg a call at 727-579-GEEK (4335), and ask about becoming part of the team.
